This hotel had an excellent location for my stay. It was walking distance to the beach and there were plenty of shops nearby on the main street. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were secure and well-maintained. Cleanliness was good too.

During my stay at a guest house in Triplicane, I experienced a small room, but it did come with a window. Unfortunately, the view was obscured by a large wall. However, the staff, particularly a helpful young man, made up for this. While requesting room cleaning, he apologized and provided some assistance. Although the guest house did not provide drinking water or soap, there were nearby shops where these items could be purchased. While there was no elevator, the location was convenient, close to a market and within walking distance of the beach and a shopping mall. I found the guest house to be a decent budget option.

The staff was warm and welcoming, they made us feel at home. The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was close to the beach and an excellent spot for a relaxing walk. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi was another great aspect, it allowed us to share pictures of the beautiful city we were visiting with our friends and family back home.

The bed linen was not of good quality, with stains and not very clean. , the air conditioning was leaking water, which made an uncomfortable situation.
